Bought my first ever snake here yesterday. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and above all not condescending to me as a ‘newbie’. Took their time to talk me through my choices. I have since called back to ask questions about the snake and gear I bought and they were very happy to help me. All of their animals appear happy and cared for very well.
